How our collection by courier works

Once you have received your Softub box and have boxed it up, making sure you have removed all water from the pipework! Let us know and We will then book a courier to collect the motor from your address. (please note standard collection/delivery includes £100 insurance)

We will diagnose the problem

After receiving your Softub Hydromate unit we will diagnose the issue and come back to you with a price to fix the problem. If we believe that a repair is not economically viable we will tell you.

Return to you or repair

If you are happy to go ahead we will make the repair and test the unit and make sure it is running as it should. If for any reason you do not wish to have the repair completed, we will arrange to return the motor unit back to you.

12 months parts & labour warranty

After completing the repair, we will forward an invoice. Once payment is received we then arrange to get the motor unit back to you. All our work comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty. Should you decide within 3 months of the repair that you would like to buy a new Softub from us then we will discount the repair cost against the new Softub.

Transparent Costs

The cost to send you a Softub box, have the motor sent to us, diagnose the problem and then returned to you is £90 (This includes VAT) If you go ahead with any repair we will discount the repair bill by £30. Please go to our web shop to purchase this service.
