If you have an issue with your Softub and need advice then help is at hand! Just contact us via email or call our Free phone number to talk to a Softub specialist. We have been selling and servicing Softub for over 20 years and we know Softub inside out! We will normally suggest you send the motor unit to us for investigation. If you are located within 15 miles from our base, we can arrange for someone to visit your home to collect the motor and return it to our work shop for complete investigation. You can of course drop the motor to us.
How our collection by courier works
Let us know if you need a Softub box sending to you?
Remove your Softub motor unit from your Softub, box up and advise when ready for collection.
We will then book a courier to collect the motor from your address. (please note standard delivery to does not include insurance, please ask if you would like to include this)
We will diagnose the problem
After receiving your Softub Motor unit we will diagnose the problem and come back to you with a price to fix the problem. If we believe that a repair is not economically viable we will tell you.

Return to you or repair
If you are happy to go ahead we will make the repair and test the unit and make sure it is running as it should. If for any reason you do not wish to have the repair completed, we will arrange to return the motor unit back to you. (See costs below)
12 months parts & labour warranty
After completing the repair, we will forward an invoice. Once payment is received we then arrange to get the motor unit back to you. All our work comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty. Should you decide within 3 months of the repair that you would like to buy a new Softub from us then we will discount the repair cost against the new Softub.
The cost to send you a Softub box, have the motor sent to us and then returned to you is £50, plus any repair costs.
If you arrange to send the motor to us there will be a charge of £25 to return the motor to you, plus any repair cost.
If you decide not to go ahead with any repair there will be an additional £30 to pay.
If you can arrange to drop the motor then you can avoid any carrier costs!
If you live within 15 miles from our base in South Leicestershire we can arrange to collect your motor and return it to you. Please contact us for a quote.
